Adult Training
Adults study a dynamic and contemporary curriculum known as American Fighting Systems. Their classes include elements of traditional Martial Arts system together with 21st Century concepts drawn from the world’s most effective and respected systems. Each workout is different and includes drills to enhance muscular strength, improve endurance, develop coordination and increase flexibility.
